AWO is an NGO with various non-profit projects worldwide, focusing on children’s rights, gender equality, food security, and human trafficking.

The website aims to increase donations and raise awareness but hasn't been successful due to several issues:

- The landing page is too busy, showing current news that doesn’t encourage donations or clearly present the organization’s mission and goals.
- The donation process lacks information, making it unappealing.
- The organization’s values are not clear, so potential donors don’t understand why they should choose this NGO over others.
- The slogan at the top left is too small and doesn’t grab attention.
- Two navigation bars create confusion.
- The shade of red used is inaccessible and is overused.
- The layout and alignments are problematic.

To address these issues, I proposed a new design with:

- A clean landing page that highlights the organization’s values and mission.
- A single, improved navigation bar with better information architecture.
- Red is used as an accent color rather than a dominant hue.
- Clear UX writing.Intuitive alignment and layout.
- Contact information to build trust and transparency.
- An intuitive CTA and customized donation options.
- A targeted image to evoke the desired emotional response from donors.
