Impact: From the first iteration to the second, testing with 5 mechanics showed a 20% increase in user completion rate for the main flow—accepting the request and starting the task. The SUS score also improved from 141 to 184 out of 250.
Vision: Design the customer's and garage manager's app integrated with the mechanic app to have a comprehensive product.
